Our Executive Team

Steve Cahill graduated from the University of Florida in 1975 with a degree in Building Construction, and is the founding President of Cahill Construction Company in Orlando, Florida.  Founded in 1977, CAHILL is a home building company focused on the high end market and discerning buyer.  Steve has built homes in exclusive neighborhoods in the Orlando area for over thirty four years, and continues his commitment to excellence in neighborhoods like Isleworth, Lake Nona and Golden Oak @ Walt Disney World Resort.  His focus on creative design, unmatched building quality, and the highest level of customer satisfaction, has earned the company numerous accolades and awards.  Steve is a long time member of the Home Builders Association of Central Florida and past President of the Master Custom Builders Council.

Steve and his wife Rose, raised two children, Chad and Shannon, and are now enjoying their four grandchildren.  Steve and Rose are very active in their church, and community, and give back,  through their interests in House of Hope, Family First, Overseas Council, and other local and global organizations.

Judd Webster, Vice President of CAHILL, was born and raised in Orlando (we won’t say what year).  He has been a vital member of the CAHILL team for over 30 years.  Judd’s primary role is to oversee the entire construction process…from start to finish.  His desire for perfection and his eye for the smallest of details is what sets him apart from other builders.  We can assure you, this is the man that you want to oversee your home as it is being built.

Chad Cahill, Vice President of CAHILL,was born and raised in Orlando (we won’t say what year…to keep it fair).  He received his Bachelors degree from the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida and his M.B.A. from Belhaven College, based in Jackson, Mississippi.  Chad began working with CAHILL in 2004. His primary role is to oversee the day-to-day operations of the company office, as well as customer relations, marketing, human resources, website design and technology implementation.  Chad loves his wife, his son, technology….ok, I will stop now.

Peggie Maureau has been with CAHILL since June of 2006 and serves as the Executive Assistant. If you call our office, chances are good that you will have the opportunity to speak with Peggie.  In addition to answering the phones, she processes all invoices and bids, keeps the three guys above informed and ‘in line’, communicates with vendors and subcontractors and fills in anywhere where needed.

On a the personal side:  Peggie, was raised in Connecticut and moved to Miami in 1962.  Since then she has lived in North Carolina, New Mexico, Arizona,  then returning to Florida.  Peggie enjoys spending time with her daughter, who is her best friend.  They enjoy shopping, walking,  and having “girl’s nights” when her son-in-law travels.  Taking care of  Zeus, her dog, which is a Lab/Chow mix also keeps her busy.  She crochets, loves having lunch with her gal friends, and loves doing crossword puzzles.
