Our Designer

Wendy Kensler, owner and founder of Design Specification, has been a part of the CAHILL team for over 20 years.  Wendy is known in Central Florida for her big ideas and award winning designs…but equally known for her ability to listen to homeowners and produce the ‘look and feel’ they want!  She is a designer that listens to the homeowner and then translates their wishes and desires…resulting in their perfect home.

Included in the price of our Golden Oak homes is the services of Wendy Kensler, and her team.  You will work closely with Wendy to choose all of the interior finishes of your new home. In addition, Wendy is available to completely furnish your home…all the way down to dishes in the kitchen and a toolbox in the garage (not included in the price of the home).
